Last year I found the wonderful website and blog,  The Wedding Community. It's a fantastic site for all wedding photographers, brides and grooms, and wedding suppliers.  I saw they were running something called 'Picture of the Day' where photographers can submit a few images to the blog, and if picked, a picture will be featured on their site. In this modern society, it is the norm to receive your wedding and portrait photographs in digital files. This is incredibly beneficial, and practical. However, there is nothing quite like seeing your pictures in print, in front of you in a beautiful wedding album to treasure. The impressive Hillbark Hotel, Wirral is next on my wedding venue locations list. I am going to have the pleasure of capturing Hillbark Hotel wedding photography this year, which I'm really looking forward to! It's a perfect location for weddings. I was there last year working as a second cinematographer, but this time I'm going to be doing what I love the most, photography. Magda & Richard | Linthwaite House Hotel Pre Wedding Photography Yesterday I was once again back at one of the most beautiful wedding venues I have ever been to. Linthwaite House Hotel is situated overlooking the stunning Lake Windermere in Cumbria, and is simply spectacular. Rain or shine, this venue really does have the 'wow' factor! I had the privilege of shooting a wedding there last year, and this year I am going back SIX times, including pre-wedding shoots! The stunning Isla Gladstone is located in Liverpool on the edge of Stanley Park, and is a  beautiful wedding venue. It's always been one of my favourite venues to work at, as it's a perfect location for wedding photography. The building which is a massive glass conservatory was bulit in 1870. No matter what the weather is doing in Liverpool, low light is never a problem. Alison and Scott’s wedding was a true pleasure to photograph. Their day was stylish, laid back and very them, and I’m so glad I was able to join them and capture their memories for them as their wedding photographer. West Tower Wedding Photography Mandy and Jamie’s wedding day took place at the gorgeous venue, West Tower. I was very excited to work as their wedding photographer as I had been to West Tower before and I know it’s a beautiful place to shoot wedding photography, both inside and out. Not only is the building a beautiful place for a wedding to take place, but the staff that work there are lovely too. I spend most of my time working as a wedding photographer, travelling all over the UK. But as many wedding photographers find, weddings seem to go through patches where you have loads together, then nothing for a few weeks or sometimes months. Usually in these quieter periods I get enquiries for Lifestyle family shoots and newborn sessions and I love it! It's such a refreshing change. I am still doing what I love, but mixing it up a bit.
