In this modern society, it is the norm to receive your wedding and portrait photographs in digital files. This is incredibly beneficial, and practical. However, there is nothing quite like seeing your pictures in print, in front of you in a beautiful wedding album to treasure. I decided to order an example of one of the albums I offer my clients, so they can see for themselves the beauty of pictures in print.

I opened this package with much excitement, and I certainly was not disappointed with what I found! Inside the beautiful leather cover embossed with ‘Karli Harrison Photography’, some of my favourite photographs from 2012 were really brought to life on its colourful pages. I just love the silky feel of the pages as I turn them, I had to resist stroking them.

When I was designing this album, I wanted to show the different ways I can display pictures for clients. Some pages look best with one photograph, some pages a few grouped together, and others I used the double spread for one photograph to give maximum impact.

I also ordered some sample fabrics, so clients can see the different textures and colours available to them.
