Lake District Wedding Photography, Linthwaite House Hotel

The 4th of June was the perfect day. It’s funny how looking back on it, it seemed like a dream. Trish and Rich chose the Linthwaite House Hotel in Cumbria to get married, and they couldn’t have chosen better! It’s a beautiful hotel with a stunning view and grounds. I first had a little taster of what the venue would be like when I met the couple for their engagement shoot, and I could see through the rain that it is a beautiful location for wedding photography. Thick woods, a little lake, hills in the distance. I knew it was going to be lovely. Though I couldn’t have expected the weather to be any better on their wedding day, it was glorious!! To add to it, Trish and Rich are a genuine, friendly and fun couple. You can have an amazing venue and conditions, but at the end of the day, it’s the people that make a wedding really special!!

From start to finish everything was perfect. I can think of so many words to describe the day, but I think the photos speak for themselves. Here’s just a few, there were too many to choose from!
