It was such a calm and relaxed day shared with their parents. Smaller weddings are wonderful, they never lose sight of the most important factor of a wedding - the love between a bride and groom! We started the day off with preparation photos in Smiths Hotel located just across the road from the Famous Blacksmiths Shop. Lindsay & Ian | Skitby Wedding Photographer Carlisle It was such a gorgeous and sunny day when I first joined Lindsay for her bride prep at the well known Smith's Hotel in Gretna Green. She was getting ready in the Thistle Suite which had a beautiful balcony overlooking Gretna. Ian and Lindsay were married in Lockerbie, and went on to have their wedding reception at the gorgeous Skitby in Carlisle.
