We met up on the shore of Plockton Hotel, and walked across to a tidal island for their little wedding ceremony. Mirena & James Plockton Wedding Photographer Highlands Photography Where do I start with this one?! Mirena and James contacted me to ask if I would be up to travelling to the absolutely stunning Plockton in the Scottish Highlands for their wedding. Dream come true? Absolutely!! They had their intimate wedding ceremony on a tiny tidal island in Plockton - a fishing village known as the Jewel of the Highlands. Highland Wedding Ceremonies in Skye, Plockton and Upper Highlands During a recent wedding I had the privilege of travelling up the Highlands of Scotland to photograph Mirena & James' special day in the stunning little village of Plockton. I had the chance to work with some lovely vendors such as Plockton Hotel, the celebrant Jo Royle and the Skye Piper Ally MacPherson. Working with a team of friendly and relaxed people can really add to a couple's wedding day.
