Lauren & Macauley Smiths Hotel Wedding Photography Gretna Green Introducing the gorgeous Lauren and Macauley! They were married in an intimate ceremony at the Famous Blacksmiths Shop in Gretna Green in Scotland. Choosing to prepare for the wedding at the popular Smiths Hotel, they got ready with their closest loved ones. It was such a relaxed morning, and once everyone was ready they walked over to the ceremony venue the Blacksmiths Shop. After the lovely ceremony we took some photographs outside with their guests, then made the most of the Scottish scenery for their portraits....

Wedding Photographer The Famous Blacksmiths Shop Gretna Green Photography One very special location with an incredible amount of history is the Original Marriage Room in Gretna Green. Located in the Famous Blacksmiths shop, it's a location where couples used to (and still) elope to get married in a shotgun wedding. Gretna is full of quirky charm - but it's a quick step out into the fields of Dumfries and Galloway. Nature is always my preferred backdrop for any photoshoot or wedding, you can't beat a bit of natural beauty! Couples often find me on Google as they see I've photographed weddings...
