Debs & Neal | Smiths Hotel Wedding Photographer Gretna Introducing the gorgeous Debs and Neal! This lovely bride and groom decided to elope in a secret wedding to Scotland. They chose the iconic Smiths Hotel as their venue, in the historical town of Gretna Green. Gretna is world famous for their history of weddings, and for elopements. Debs and Neal had their ceremony on the balcony of Smiths Hotel - a perfect backdrop with the vast fields of Scotland behind them. It was a cosy and intimate ceremony! After the legal part, a realistic replica of an anvil was used to wish the couple well....

Located in the Famous Blacksmiths shop, it's a location where couples used to (and still) elope to get married in a shotgun wedding. Gretna is full of quirky charm - but it's a quick step out into the fields of Dumfries and Galloway. Auchen Castle Wedding Photographer Moffat There is a stunning Scottish Castle set in the hillsides of Moffat. One of the prettiest castles I've had the pleasure of working at, Auchen Castle is a perfect location for a wedding whether that is an elopement or an event with your favourite friends and family. Multiple lounges provide plenty of places to sit and chat should the weather be typically Scottish! But the grounds of the castle are what make it extra special.
