Cat & Paul | Pre Wedding Photographer Preston
The day Cat and Paul picked for their engagement shoot was absolutely perfect! The sunshine was streaming through the gorgeous blossom trees, and it actually felt like spring. Hearing more about their wedding plans was very exciting, and seeing how in love they are just added to the excitement.
We really enjoyed the walk in the park, having fun is always important when I do photo shoots and Cat and Paul did seem to really enjoy themselves. It's always a pleasure to capture a couple before their big day, and it always helps them feel a bit more...
Baby Reuben | Newborn Photography Lancashire
It's exciting to be one of the first people to take a picture of a new little person, but it's even more exciting when it's friends that ask me to take the pictures for them. Baby Reuben's Mummy and Daddy are so blessed to have him in their lives, and I was excited to be able to photograph them all together with their family too. He was such a good baby to work with, he was only just two weeks old yet his skin was lovely, and he was very well behaved too! He did cry a little, but it was nothing a bit of milk couldn't fix. And to be honest, I've seen...
Michelle & Rob | Criccieth Wedding Photography Wales
I think whatever I say is simply not going to be enough to describe Michelle & Rob's amazing wedding day! I first got an email from Rob a month ago, his wedding photographer had cancelled last minute and they were desperate to find someone. Surprisingly I was free (unusual this time of year!) and I jumped at the chance to join them both in the stunning town of Criccieth in Wales. I had recently worked at the beautiful Portmeirion which is very close to Criccieth, so was over the moon to get invited back to Wales so soon after my last...
Baby Freya | Lifestyle Family Photography Lancashire
I met up with the lovely Heidrun, Tim and baby Freya at their home in Galgate, Lancashire. Baby shoots always have me slightly on edge, I never know how the shoot will go. Will the baby be content? Will it cry constantly? Will the parents be at ease or upset if baby does cry? How will the baby feel about a stranger with a camera? I was relieved that the shoot was incredibly calm, and baby Freya was a superstar! I even got some smiles out of her, but I won't tell you the noises that I had to make to do so...
Heidrun and Tim, thank you so much...
The second wedding venue I'd like to mention on this locations section of my website is the stunning Inglewood Manor, which was one of the most beautiful venues I've had the pleasure of working at so far. It's located near Chester, in Cheshire. It's a gorgeous Tudor style manor house was built around 1860, and cost a grand total of £7,500. Set on lush grounds, the beautiful green grass, trees, gates and pond make for a perfect location for wedding photography. I just love venues such as this one, as it makes it so much easier to be creative, as you have a lot of things around you to inspire you.

This photograph is probably my ultimate favourite that I have taken to date, capturing wedding photography. I hope the image speaks for itself. It's one of those shots that looks like it was set up in a studio, but it was actually a spur of the moment, natural documentary style shot. The little girl happened to look up at her Mummy, the bride, and the light above her hit her face just perfectly. I bent down, and the angle was just right to capture her gazing up at the bride. I won't tell you the full story as I don't want to spoil the magic of the shot, as I love how this one really plays on the imagination!...
