Liverpool Wedding Photography Sefton Park, Alicia Hotel

I had the pleasure of joining Leigh and Matthew as their wedding photographer a few weeks ago for their beautiful day at Slicia Hotel, Sefton Park in Liverpool. Leigh had mentioned that she wanted natural pictures, which is right up my street! There is nothing I love more than shooting a wedding from the background, capturing moments in a more photo journalistic style as it makes for beautifully natural pictures. I don’t mind doing the odd posed picture at a wedding, after all, it is about what the couple want. But I do admit that I prefer to keep group shots to under 6, and when I spend time alone with the couple for portraits I always have them look and talk to each other, so they can enjoy each other’s company and I can capture the love between them. I view it as a privilege to work in the wedding photography industry, to be able to capture love stories for a living.

From the start of the day, the atmosphere was a chilled out and happy one, and it was a pleasure to be a part of. I would like to give a massive thanks to Leigh and Matthew for asking me to join them, and I wish them much happiness in the future as a married couple! Thank you both for asking me to capture your wedding photography for you.
