Dave & Nicole | Lanark Wedding Photographer Scotland

Once in a while I shoot a wedding that feels extra special, and Dave and Nicole’s gorgeous wedding in Lanark Scotland was one of those weddings for me! From the moment we first met, it felt like I’d known them forever. Spending the day with them was like joining friends, or even family! From start to finish they were lovely and relaxed, and so completely and utterly in love- it was a joy to capture.

Dave and Nicole had their wedding reception at The Strathaven Hotel in a beautifully decorated room with mood lighting and twinkly star lights in the ceiling. It was incredibly romantic and relaxed – the perfect reception venue! For their evening entertainment and music they had the talented ceilidh band Scare the Crows who had everyone on their feet. The dance floor was never empty! It was plain to see how much happiness and love everyone had for the bride and groom, and how much fun everyone was having on their special day.
