There were so many excellent shots! Each one brought back a memory from the day, some made us laugh, some made us make a silly “aaaah” sound and a few made us go “I don’t even remember that being taken!” . All of these reactions were exactly why we wanted you taking the pictures as we knew you could deliver these results. The whole time you were at the wedding you managed to blend in and were (to a casual observer) just another one of the guests, which was not easily with it being a small wedding. You managed to get all of the shots we asked for without being ordering guest around, you captured lots of natural shots of people and the venue and did it all without an assistant.
Some of the photos I still don’t know how you got, for example: Emily’s uncle talking with my teenage daughter Amelie – they are two people that shouldn’t have much in common to chat about but you managed to catch them having a genuine laugh!. The pictures you took of just Emily and I at the bottom of the garden were fantastic, so well shot that they look like they should have taken ages to set up when in fact we were just walking around (trying to stay upright on the slope!).
The hard part for us now is trying to narrow down to which ones we want to print and frame as they are all worthy.So thank you again for bringing your calm professionalism, your friendliness and (last but not least) your camera to our wedding so we can keep on laughing, saying “ahhh” and remembering such a wonderful day.

Well, where do I start about how much of an incredible photographer Karli is. From the moment she arrived (early too, may I add)! Karli was straight to snapping beautiful, personalised and meaningful shots. After having to postpone our wedding twice, which Karli again kindly supported us by moving her services to our new dates, I was adamant that I wanted our wedding to be very intimate and personalised. Straight away during the bridal prep photos, Karli made us all feel so comfortable and I was so happy to see her taking photos of all of the little personalised accessories I had meaningfully acquired.
Karli couldn’t have understood us more as a couple, after the ceremony she took us to a beautiful hidden spot behind the Mill Forge where we had incredible photos taken in a vast field, with the sun shining and the wind – Karli even lying on her tummy in the grass, there was nothing that would stop her from getting the perfect shot and it was SO much fun.
As we opted for a very small wedding, the photos were certainly the most important for us as a couple and Karli has exceeded our expectations. I honestly couldn’t thank you enough, Karli, you absolutely made our wedding our dream wedding… by capturing us in such a natural, fun yet beautiful way in photos alongside friends and family that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

We cannot thank Karli enough, she is a superhero! Karli met us just 3 days before our wedding after our original photographer cancelled on us. She dropped everything to meet us and go through all the details of our day. On the morning of the wedding, she contacted both of us, to put our minds at ease, which was lovely and reassuring.
Upon arriving at our home for the bridal prep photos and then at the venue, Karli became nearly invisible; taking photos, capturing moments and documenting our special day. We knew the staged photos we wanted and Karli was more than accommodating with all of them, making sure we had the photos and memories forever.
When we got the photographs from Karli, it brought tears to our eyes. The real laughter and tears, the kisses and dances, the unseen moments, the cheeky smiles and all the little details. Karli was absolutely fantastic with us on our wedding day. We’re both shy but her friendly and calm manner put us both at ease and we had so much fun whilst being photographed! Then we went on a fabulous adventure in the beautiful castle grounds and at the pretty local harbour. Being a couple that don’t really like smiling into a camera and to be honest look horrendous doing so we were quite nervous about the engagement shoot. However, what we got from Karli was the perfect mix of a genuinely lovely person who wants to bring the best out of you and a photographer who knows how, and has the skills, to do exactly that! She immediately dismissed standing and smiling, much to our relief, and instead just got us to concentrate on each other. We never thought we photographed well until the engagement shoot and my, now, husband thinks he might have a future as a model…. We can’t thank Karli enough for our newborn photographs! We adore them! Karli visited us at home when our daughter was nearly four weeks old. Karli we cannot thank you enough for your work on our photographs. We fell in love with your blogs, it was the relaxed style that caught our eye and how you work away in the background.
From the minute you arrived you were so easy going and friendly. We found the time we spent with you away from the group to be so relaxing and fun it made the day. We chatted about everything and anything as if we knew each other years. It also gave us a chance as newly weds to chat and giggle while you clicked away in the background.
We spent a long time looking for someone to capture our day. As we were getting married in Gretna Green we were determined not to have the normal Gretna Green pictures that everyone has. You made that possible. We found a maze and a field, so we could have been anywhere in the world.
We received our sneak peek and we were in love with them. We couldn’t wait to see them all and they did not disappoint. Every moment of the day was captured even a few we missed. We sat to choose the album pictures and it was so hard to cut it down it took us ages.
The icing on the cake was of course the arrival of the album. We have printed many of the pictures and framed them in our home but nothing compared to the fantastic quality and presentation of our album. We are so proud of it.

I can’t recommend Karli highly enough, from first seeing her photos online I really loved her unique, artistic style and how happy and relaxed everyone looked in their photos. We first saw Karli’s work after she had photographed a friends wedding and we knew instantly that she was the one we wanted for our day. We are BLOWN AWAY!
Four weeks before the wedding day we had a phone call from our wedding photographer letting us know that he had to cancel because of family problems. Little did we know (as we tore our hair out and phoned around desperately trying to find someone) that it was the best phone call we could have had.
I’m not a great believer in fate but someone was giving us a break that day because after leaving a message on her website outlining our plight (begging in other words), Karli messaged back that she was surprisingly free and coming to the rescue.
It was clear from the beginning that we were going to get on and that her talents as a wedding photographer were obvious. We asked that she be very discreet and also that we didn’t want any formal photo shoots during the day. It’s true to say that she was very discreet; some people didn’t even notice that we had an official photographer!
We are so pleased with the photos, they tell the story of our day, catching beautiful and touching moments at every turn.

We knew that our wedding was going to full of fun and laughter. But we thought it’d be a near impossible task to find that special someone to capture all of the joy and spirit of our wedding in photographs.
As you know, I’m a cameraman for ITV and spend my life looking down a lens. I’m an incredible fuss pot when it comes to pictures. We looked for weeks on the internet for a photographer who we liked. We’d nearly given up hope when by chance I spotted some of you photos. It was the “Eureka” moment that we were looking for. I absolutely love your style of photography. Your talent shines through.
After I came back from meeting you for the first time and seeing your portfolio, I was so excited with your work. It really is something special. Plus, your personality shone through. I was delighted to meet you & your family and from then on knew that we just had to ask you to be our wedding photographer. We were over the moon that you agreed. When we did the pre wedding shoot, you made me & Debbie feel so at ease and were so confident in your talent, that the day was a joy. Then when we saw the photos, we were overjoyed with them.
It was great to meet you the day before the wedding, have a chat, discuss plans & look around Portmeirion. On the big day itself, you made everyone feel so relaxed, you seemed to glide around the place, unobtrusively taking photos and magically appearing in just the right place at the right time. Our friends and family enjoyed your company and you fitted right in with the party. It was lovely to see that as the wedding guest were all enjoying themselves, you were full of smiles and enjoying yourself too. The love for you work shone through and is displayed for all to see in your photographs.
We have just received two disks full to the brim with the magical moments that you have captured. We are amazed to see all of the photos that we would never have thought of taking. They have added another layer of happy memories to our perfect day. It’s like you’ve taken the spirit of the wedding, caught it in your camera and now we get to relive it all again and again through your pictures.

Wow Karli we knew you had a talent but these photographs have blown us away! I only remember being positioned for a few, you have captured the whole day with out being noticed! We first met Karli when she assisted on the filming of our wedding blessing video, Karli and her collegue came to the rescue and became our saviour when we saw the photographs and were disappointed by our original photographer. A second photo shoot was arranged and we spent several lovely hours re capturing the day. Karli is a very warm person and we instantly relaxed in her company, sometimes we were almost unaware of her presense which enabled her to capture some lovely moments.
