Laura & Tom Gretna Hall Wedding Photography

Meet the gorgeous Laura and Tom! This beautiful couple were married a few days ago at Gretna Hall Hotel in Gretna Green, Scotland. A very popular destination for weddings, I’ve had the pleasure of working at Gretna Hall a number of times now. I always enjoy popping in to this lovely little venue!

Laura and Tom had their ceremony in the famous Coach House, which is always a favourite location with many couples for their ceremonies. With the stagecoach as the backdrop during the ceremony, the hall also has white flowers hanging down from the ceiling which gives such an elegant feel and a bit of extra class.

Despite having a smaller more intimate wedding, Laura had clearly put so much thought and love into their special day. Many personalised items from bride prep to when they sat down for their meal; a horse and carriage pulled by two stunning Frisian horses; smoke cannons to add a little something extra to their photos – it was very personal to them and created a lovely day!

The weather was kind to us and by the time Laura and Tom had their bride and groom portraits in the gardens the light was a beautiful soft glow. We had a laugh (along with their two gorgeous kids) and were able to capture some more photos in the gentle light.
