Lisa & Steven | Wedding Auchen Castle Photography Moffat

Meet the incredibly sweet Lisa and Steven! This gorgeous pair were married at Auchen Castle in Moffat, Scotland. The day was like a fairy tale from start to finish. Lisa used to work as a florist and often supplied wedding flowers, so she used her skill and talent to cover Auchen with stunning displays. Dahlias, Ammi, Larkspur, roses and hydrangeas were just a few of the flowers she used for the arrangements. Tall candelabras graced the tables of the evening reception adding such elegance to the castle. She was able to make their wedding dreams come to life!

They had an intimate wedding in the castle with 32 guests of their closest friends and family. The mood was relaxed and incredibly happy all day, as the guests enjoyed the perfect grounds of the castle, ornate rooms and the fun lawn games in the castle grounds. For bride and groom portraits we went on an adventure to the castle turret and of course took full advantage of the natural scenery Auchen castle provides on a mini road trip to the lake swing.

It was a pleasure to see Fiona and the rest of the Auchen team again – they take great care of the guests and vendors alike!
