Why Hire a Professional? | Evening Wedding Photography
Why hire a professional photographer when you can save some money on your wedding day? There is a huge importance in hiring a professional photographer for your wedding. There are often many low light situations and quickly-changing lighting, many occurring during the evening reception. I’ve been asked to take photos for couples who had previously been let down by their own photographer. This is something I feel very passionately about!
With my camera, I artistically capture the beauty in evening photography where a regular camera or phone would have serious issues with its quality.
Especially in Autumn and Winter, a lack of lighting can be a big problem. A phone or basic camera will often fall short, failing to sense the little light that evening provides. Some use a flash pointing directly at people, but this can result in losing the ambient lighting which often adds to the intimate feeling of a wedding.
A couple will often have organised special mood lighting or dance lighting to give the room ambience, and professionals will know how to adjust their camera settings to capture the lighting beautifully.
