Julia’s Family | Center Parcs Family Photography Whinfell Forest

I had the pleasure of meeting up with Julia and her gorgeous family for a photo shoot in the stunning Whinfell Forest Centre Parcs in Cumbria. They were together for a family reunion to celebrate by spending time on holiday,  and the gorgeous forest couldn’t have been a more perfect location for them.

We had the shoot around their lodge where the light was so pretty and soft at the front and the back faced the forest where the kids (and adults!) could go and play. They had an epic den built and with their bikes to hand they were adventure ready. The warm spring sunshine filled the park making it feel like Summer, and the smell of pine trees and bird calls surrounded us adding to the peace during the session. Shooting on location is always such a special way to take family photos, it allows the opportunity to capture more natural moments you wouldn’t get in a studio and can help everyone relax and enjoy themselves more.

Julia, it was amazing to meet you to all. Sometimes you come across people you feel you’ve always known, and I certainly felt that way with you! You’re such a lovely and friendly bunch.
